SJMS Osteopathy provides Pre and Post Natal fitness coaching for new mums and mums-to-be. Our aim is to keep you fit and healthy through your pregnancy and then to get you back to fitness quickly and safely after delivery.
During pregnancy we focus on keeping the body moving and pain free as it adapts to its new shape. After pregnancy we take you right back to basics, building super strong foundations from the core to extremity.
