Thanks to the wonderful Stephen Batchelor at Colchester Physiotherapy, I have been given the opportunity set up a clinic at CrossFit Colchester in Severals Industrial Estate.
I am extremely excited to be there on a Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday.
I will still be working out CrossFit Iceni the remainder of the week as well as doing home visits up to Frinton every 3 weeks - please message me to find out the next date!
